Frank Tinsley, Realtor®, CRS® & Managing Broker

Frank began his career in the Real Estate Industry back in 1987.  He worked in commercial real estate for almost 30 years.  During that time, he personally owned approximately 60 single family investment properties.  In 2008, he obtained his real estate license in order to use his extensive real estate knowledge to help clients buy and sell their properties.  He formed Quorum Realty Group in 2009 which has grown to become a business which people know and trust.

Frank has extensive knowledge in the Real Estate as well as in Business Management and Accounting.  He has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, is a Certified Management Accountant, and a Certified Residential Specialist.    He is also the Founder and Managing Broker of Quorum Realty Group.  In his role of Managing Broker, he has leads a talented team of real estate professionals with a shared vision of providing top notch personalized service to all of our clients.

Frank and his wife, Brenda, have 4 adult daughters and 2 grandchildren with more on the way.  He enjoys being a father, grandfather and husband.  Brenda and Frank love traveling, camping and the outdoors in general.

Jennifer Adair, Realtor®

Jennifer began her real estate career as a Marketing Assistant for Quorum Realty Group in the beginning of 2018.  After working as the Marketing Assistant, she realized she had a passion for the real estate industry and loves helping people buy and sell their homes.  In the Fall of 2018, Jennifer obtained her real estate license.   She really enjoys being involved in every step of each transaction from start to finish.  She has two daughters, Emily and Autumn, is married to her husband Zach.  Jennifer’s passion for real estate and for her clients makes her an exceptional agent to represent both buyers and sellers.  She also loves to travel with family and spend her spare time working on art, photography, and working with children.

Mark Evans, Realtor®

Mark began his career in the real estate field in 2022. He has gained his knowledge in real estate through education, training, and shadowing agents in all aspects of residential real estate. He has developed a strong understanding of all aspects of real estate through his own personal experiences in selling and buying his own homes and his close relationships with other successful agents. Mark prides himself on doing all he can to make his customers satisfied through constant/concise communication, knowledge of the market, and building relationships.

Mark graduated from Franklin College in 2009 catapulting his career in education. In 2012, he graduated from Ball State with a master’s in educational leadership. Mark is married to his wife Miranda, and they have 4 children. In his spare time, Mark enjoys traveling, watching college football (Go Irish!), and spending time with his family.  One of his favorite vacation spots is Destin, Florida, where he and his family visit each year in the springtime.

Dean Stahley, Realtor®

Prior to his career in Real Estate, Dean has worked in the Supply Chain & Distribution Industry for 15 years as a General Manager.  With his extensive background in Business Management, Dean brings a strong skillset to the Real Estate Industry.  His real estate experience includes investments, relationships with other successful agents in the industry, and personal experiences with buying/selling.  Dean’s strategic planning, attention to detail, relationship-building, and strong desire to drive results are an asset to his clients.

Dean graduated from Indiana University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Management.  He and his wife Maria have two daughters – Camilla and Colette.  Dean enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, DIY projects, and coaching football at Roncalli High School.
