Frank began his career in the Real Estate Industry back in 1987. He worked in commercial real estate for over 30 years. During that time, he personally owned approximately 60 single family investment properties. In 2008, he obtained his real estate license in order to use his extensive real estate knowledge to help clients buy and sell their properties. He formed Quorum Realty Group in 2009 which had grown to become a business which people know and trust. In 2024, Quorum Realty Group rebranded to Tinsley Realty as part of Highgarden Real Estate!
Frank has decades of experience in the Real Estate as well as in Business Management and Accounting. He has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, is a Certified Management Accountant, and a Certified Residential Specialist. He is also the Founder and Managing Broker of Quorum Realty Group. In his role of Managing Broker, he has leads a talented team of real estate professionals with a shared vision of providing top notch personalized service to all of our clients.
Frank and his wife, Brenda, have 4 adult daughters and 5 grandchildren with more on the way. He enjoys being a father, grandfather and husband. Brenda and Frank love traveling, camping and the outdoors in general.

Brenda Tinsley, Realtor®, Broker
Since 1996, Brenda has been a part of Quorum Property Group and joined Quorum Realty Group in 2022. In 2024, Quorum Realty Group rebranded as Tinsley Realty as a part of Highgarden Real Estate! Her involvement in these businesses, along with the extensive education and training she undertook for Real Estate, Property Management, and Finance; and her more than 36 years handling Customer Service, Problem Solving, Marketing, Finance and Business acumen uniquely positions her to bring this wealth of knowledge, skill and competence to the partnership she has with her clients. Having personally owned more than 60 homes over this same timeframe; along with the previously mentioned experiences provides her with all the necessary skills to service her buyers and sellers with exceptional skill throughout their entire journey of selling or buying their homes.
Frank and Brenda have been married more than 36 years and have four daughters (four sons-in-laws), seven grandchildren and two dogs. We love Real Estate, traveling the roads and looking at all types of houses from 800 sq ft, to 1800s farm homes, to mid-century modern: while taking in the scenery along the way. Our favorite past-time is truly our love for Real Estate; along with our love for spending time with our extensive family, traveling, and time in the outdoors swimming, hiking, and roasting marshmallows over the fire.
Brenda Graduated from Ball State University with a General Studies Major of Finance and Real Estate Property Management.

Jennifer Adair, Realtor®, Broker
Jennifer began her real estate career as a Marketing Assistant for Quorum Realty Group in the beginning of 2018. After working as the Marketing Assistant, she realized she had a passion for the real estate industry and loves helping people buy and sell their homes. In the Fall of 2018, Jennifer obtained her real estate license. She really enjoys being involved in every step of each transaction from start to finish. She has three children, Emily, Autumn and Henry, is married to her husband Zach. Jennifer’s passion for real estate and for her clients makes her an exceptional agent to represent both buyers and sellers. She also loves to travel with family and spend her spare time working on art, photography, and working with children.

Dean Stahley, Realtor®, Broker
Prior to his career in Real Estate, Dean has worked in the Supply Chain & Distribution Industry for 15 years as a General Manager. With his extensive background in Business Management, Dean brings a strong skillset to the Real Estate Industry. His real estate experience includes investments, relationships with other successful agents in the industry, and personal experiences with buying/selling. Dean’s strategic planning, attention to detail, relationship-building, and strong desire to drive results are an asset to his clients.
Dean graduated from Indiana University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Management. He and his wife Maria have two daughters – Camilla and Colette. Dean enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, DIY projects, and coaching football at Roncalli High School.
